The Sephora Holiday Savings Event is finally here for Beauty Insider Rouge members. I love that Sephora has these sales a few times a year, and honestly I save up to get what I need during this time and rarely purchase items throughout the rest of the year. I have so many amazing items from Sephora already and I want to share a few of my faves, as well as what I intend on purchasing, and what is on my “want” list going forward.
The first items I will start with are those items I use in my skin care routine. I love the Summer Fridays jet-lag mask. Clearly I have not been traveling anywhere, but it packs a good punch when I need some extra hydration. The GlamGold BubbleSheets are one of my favorite face masks when I need a little extra self care. I love the Laneige lip mask and use it nightly to keep my lips hydrated, especially in the Summer months. I actually grabbed their gift pack in the last sale so I could have some mini-ones around. The Lippe Balm is more of a basic chapstick but it is great to have on hand when you need something quick and easy. The Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Creme is one of my favorite eye creams to use. It is hydrating, but also has a subtle glow that is perfect to brighten up your eyes.
The next items I will share are my make-up items. My go-to foundations are either the Complexion Rescue by Bare Minerals or the it CC cream- matte foundation. These provide med-full coverage and are buildable. I always top with Laura Mercier finishing powder. The eye shadow palette I tend to reach for the most is my Tarte In Bloom palette. It has perfect neutrals in matte and shimmery finish. The Hourglass ambient palette is amazing for giving you a natural contour- it has bronzer, blush, and highlighter all in one. Sometimes I just use the bronzer on my eyelids and skip eyeshadow.
And Finally I am sharing my Hair care items with you that I own and love. These Briogio products have been my faves for over a year now. I love the refreshing citrus scent of this shampoo/conditioner and how clean my hair feels after. I have very fine straight hair and this adds a bit of volume. I use the Rosarco Milk spray for a bit more conditioning and it helps fight frizz in the Winter. It also helps to detangle my hair. I occasionally use the deep conditioning mask when I feel like my hair is feeling a bit dull. These Living Proof Dry Shampoo and Dry Volume Blast are great. I have also recently been using the IGK dry shampoo and volume spray and really have been loving those as well!
